Journal Update

Thu Nov 12, 2009, 12:43 PM
  • Mood: Questionable
  • Listening to: Ten Million Slaves by Otis Taylor
  • Reading: Ctrl+Alt+Del Volume 1
  • Playing: Animal Crossing: Wild World
  • Drinking: Water
I haven't done a journal in awhile so I figured I'd do another one to let every one know what's up. Which usually indicates that I'm going to have something to say about how I won't be updating in a while or something like that. T__T

So yea, my job has been rather hectic lately, I got repositioned to the bakery. So I have all kinds of different hours that I'm going to be working, I even have to get up at five a.m on Saturday. DX
Plus, I have to try and learn a whole bunch of new stuff, which I still haven't finished doing, and I have to try and see if I can go back to my other job because this one is miserable. DDDX
How can a place that produces such wonderful pastry stuffs and donuts be so full of pain and suffering?

Anyways enough about that, I'm also now starting with my next session at the Art Institute Online. My last one was nice because I usually had two or three assignments a week which allowed me some comic working time. But this next session looks like it's got three, four, or five assignments a week. That was similar to one of my earlier courses and I never managed to get anything done during that. So, we'll see. Hopefully everything works out fine and I can manage to get some doodling time in. ^^
Unlikely though T____T

And the most aggravating part of it all, is that I have numerous ideas for TLCs, MECs, and random doodles, and I have no time for any of it. I wish I could take a month off from school and work and then spend every day drawing from morning till night. That'd be awesome. But I can't and it's rather depressing. T.T

Creativity is another form of writing it down, imagine and think of something you'll like to do.

Hello friend!
I see you might need a little more publicity for your comic!
I highly suggest the webcomic hosting site, smackjeeves.
I've used it for my past two comics, it's pretty cool.
You can customize your page and it even has a comments and journal section.[Though I'm lazy so I don't, lol] I know many artists who've gotten known by it, including me.
Now you're probably thinking I'm some solicitor or something, or wondering why the hell I'm posting this. Ummm...I have no idea. And I have no idea why this message is so long. o___o;
I read your comics and I think you should be known.
If you want an example, look at my page[/shamelessadvertising]

Hope to see you there! I'll subscribe to your comic there too.

I actually set up a Smackjeeves account awhile ago for Tu.
Though I was extremely slacking when it came to updating it and I haven't done so in several months -.-';

But I'll have to try and get back to it and work with it some more.^^';
Oh and you have a very interesting comic yourself, I like the art style^^

Oh good! Trust me, it's a very convenient place for people to read it. Who knows, you might even get the comic spotlight. That's pretty much the viewer jackpot if you get it. 1000+ viewers in that week. @_@
:iconsenshi-usagi:
that'd be cool to get^^
I think I should start putting my TLCs up on there instead of Tu's.
I think they'd be more popular^^';
